At Fairlight we have 4 Houses that all children and staff are part of.

All children and staff are in one of these Houses.
The only person who is not in a House is Mr Jordan as someone has to be neutral (it does get a little competitive at times).

Well done to Red Arctic for winning the Term One House Points Award.
A "secret" disco will be held in the first week back after Half Term as a reward.
Keep your eyes and ears open for when and where this will be.

Arctic House (Red) – The Polar Bear

Pacific House (Yellow) – The Dolphin
History:
Pacific House traces its origins to navigators who mastered the vast, tranquil waters of the Pacific Ocean. They valued wisdom, harmony, and communication, traits that helped them unite distant islands and cultures. Pacific students are known for their intellect and empathy, always seeking peaceful solutions.
Character Symbol:
The dolphin embodies intelligence and playfulness. Dolphins are natural problem-solvers and team players, reflecting the house’s motto: “Wisdom in the Waves.” Members are often innovators and mediators.
Indian House (Blue) – The Lion
History:
Indian House was born from tales of daring adventurers who sailed into unknown waters, facing storms and mythical beasts. Their bravery and ambition became legendary, inspiring generations to push beyond the horizon. Indian students are bold, confident, and driven by discovery.

The lion stands for courage and leadership. It is a creature of strength and pride, echoing the house’s motto: “Courage Beyond Horizons.” Members are fearless explorers and natural leaders.
Atlantic House (Green) – The Serpent
History:
Atlantic House emerged from the mysterious depths of the ocean, where secrets and treasures lay hidden. Its founders were strategists and thinkers, valuing unity and adaptability. Atlantic students are resourceful and loyal, thriving in complexity and challenge.
Character Symbol:
The serpent represents wisdom and adaptability. It moves gracefully through the depths, symbolizing the house’s motto: “Unity in the Depths.” Members are known for their cunning and teamwork.
Arctic House – Polar Bear
