STAFF ORGANISATION 2025/2026

SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Mr Damien Jordan is Headteacher of Fairlight Primary and Nursery School.

Mr Jordan is the lead on all aspects of Leadership and Management of the school.

 

Mrs Shereen Avard is Assistant Headteacher for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

 

Miss Michelle May and Mr Paul Knight are Assistant Headteachers for Teaching and Learning. Miss May leads Early Years and Key Stage 1. Mr Knight leads Key Stage 2. 

 

MIDDLE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Mrs Caroline Parker has Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for English. Miss Nicola Halfhead has Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for Maths.

 

INCLUSION TEAM

Mr Jason Hammond is an Inclusion Lead and specialist Speech and Language teacher. Mrs Caroline Parker is the Teacher for our Inclusion Intervention Space (IIS). Kaz and Sophia Lead our Nurture Class. Suzie Gray is our Play Therapist. Julianna Ashworth is the Attendance Lead.
