If you wish the school to administer medicine to your child whilst at school, please click above to complete and sign this form and bring it to school along with any medicine required, ensuring that your child's full name is on the medicine.  The School will not be able to administer medicine to your child without a completed and signed Medicine Administration Form.

Nursery Admissions Request Form

Your child can join Fairlight Primary & Nursery School at the age of 4+, the September after their fourth birthday.  If you would like to apply for a place with us please click on the above form and complete and return this to us at the school office
